“I am fortunate that I can work in a field that doesn’t feel like “work”. There is no better feeling than seeing one of my patients out in the community enjoying what they want to do and knowing that I helped to provide them the tools to enable them to pursue their passion as well. I feel that it is a rare opportunity to be a part of a cohesive team that we have here at Focus Physical Therapy.”
Originally from Charlotte, NC. Playing in the snow as a child and living in the mountains of Western Carolina made her realize she needed the best of both worlds. One summer while working in Denali National Park she enjoyed a Black Butte Porter beer in a Deschutes Brewery glass, and the rest is history. Kari grew up playing year-round competitive sports. After completing physical therapy for various sports injuries though the years, she realized that Physical Therapy was her passion.
