Do I Need a Doctor's Referral?
Physical therapists have direct access in Oregon, so legally a referral is not necessary. You can contact us at anytime and we'll help get you recovered, rehabilitated and feeling great. Some insurers do require a referral for payment, but we know which ones do and can help you navigate getting one for therapy.
Do You Take Health Insurance?
We accept most if not all health insurance plans. Just ask us if your plan covers physical therapy, we'll be happy to help.
How Much Will Treatment Cost?
For patients using health insurance, we have contracts with each insurer that set our rates. Depending on the unique treatments your therapists does during your visit your insurer will pay $120 for a 45' appointment on average.
Most insurance plans require some cost-sharing. Our billing team can provide you with an estimate of your specific co-payment, co-insurance and deductible amounts as a courtesy. We do recommend you verify your own physical therapy benefits as well.
If you are paying out of pocket, we offer a significant discount for payment in full at the time of each visit. This amount will average $120-$125 per visit, and we can help break down the costs more specifically with you based on your unique situation and therapy needs.

Great question! Our practice has many specialties because we only hire experienced therapists who have a passion for helping solve certain problems. When you contact us to schedule your first visit, we'll ask about how we can help and that will help us schedule you with the right knowledgable expert for your problem.
When you start your therapy you'll experience all one-on-one care with the same expert licensed therapist each visit - an approach that offers real value for our patients.
