You don’t need to spend all day in the gym to address and correct the weakest links in your chain.
This free clinic will highlight ‘just the basics’ of corrective and preventative exercise for sport movement and biomechanics, concentrating on which muscles you can rely on your activities to strengthen, and which muscles need a little extra attention. While this seminar is designed with our multisport friends at the Deschutes Multisport Club in mind, anyone who enjoys walking, running, cycling, jumping or other sports will benefit from this clinic.

What’s happening:
Join us at Focus Physical Therapy at Recharge Sports this Thursday May 11th from 6pm to 8pm.
Where it’ll be:
Focus Physical Therapy at Recharge is located at 550 SW Industrial Way Suite 130, in the Box Factory (on the ‘inside’ of the big L)
When it starts and ends:
We’ll start at 6pm and go over the program for about 45 minutes. Afterwards we’ll take anyone who wants through the program in the Recharge gym.
