After spending the better part of a decade cross country ski racing at a national level, then coaching and working in the exercise physiology lab at Central Oregon Community college, Dave decided to parlay his experience, interest in biomechanics, and passion for working with people into a new direction as a Physical Therapist. Dave graduated with distinction from Pacific University with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy and is also a National Strength and Conditioning Associated Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Dave was also recently named to the US Nordic Ski Team medical team and travels with the various Nordic disciplines to World Cup events. Dave brings his unique perspective to his PT practice, not only helping patients get relief from their pain, but also delving deep into the how and why those symptoms are present, truly addressing the underlying musculoskeletal and neuromuscular issues.

Identifying the source of the problem and addressing that rather than treating symptoms alone sets Dave apart.
Dave's Patient says
Dave is so good about finding that exact cause of the issue and goes about treatment in a realistic and systematic way. His critical thinking and his ability to explain in detail what is causing or what is helping my current situation is on a level that i have not experience in pt before.
