IS PRP for me? Regenerative medicine and conservative rehabilitation of chronic sports injuries.

IS PRP for me? Regenerative medicine and conservative rehabilitation of chronic sports injuries.

November 30th at 6pm, Recharge Sport Gym (Old Mill Box Factory)

Mark Goodman, MD from Desert Orthopedics and Peter Schrey, DPT from Focus Physical Therapy will be giving a talk on the science, indications for, and proper rehab protocol for these promising interventions for soft tissue and joint injuries such as Platelet Rich Plasma, or PRP. If you train and play hard, chances are your tissues take a beating. Your body needs a healthy environment to heal from this; sometimes the body doesn’t get the blood flow and nutrients it needs to do so. These interventions can help.

What is it? Does it work? Where does it work? How is it diagnosed? What do you do after the injection/procedure? Come to our free informative talk at the Recharge Sport Gym on November 30th to find out more.

Please RSVP by emailing peter@focusptbend.com or on the Recharge Facebook event page.
